Cindy Rivard is a candidate for missionary service in Uganda in partnership with SOMA.

Cindy is a nurse and will be ministering with the Pygmie people in an already established Anglican medical outreach. She is being sent by Nativity Episcopal Church in Northborough, Massachusetts.
