Ministry
John and Susan Park, with their sons, Robert and James moved to serve in Lima, Peru after many years of ministry in Honduras. Their ministry involves working with Church and Diocesan ministries at The Cathedral Church of the Good Shepherd.

Call
Both John and Susan were raised in the Church and have had a close relationship with Christ from a very young age. As an adult, John sensed a call to ordained ministry. He realized his interest in missions, however, when he visited a good friend of his from graduate school in Honduras. He said that the visit to Honduras was "love at first sight". Susan developed an interest in missions through her participation in a ministry working with Nicaraguan refugees. The Parks have been serving with SAMS since 1996, although they have been missionaries in Honduras since 1987.

Prayer Challenge
Pray for John as he ministers at the cathedral and opens up new avenues for outreach. Pray for Susan as she provides hospitality and reaches out to women and youth.
