When you give to SAMS, you can be assured that we will seek to be good stewards of your gift. Our accountability is to you and the wider Christian community. SAMS is a member of the Evangelical Council of Financial Accountability, Evangelical Fellowship of Mission Agencies, and the Anglican Global Mission Partners. Upon your request we will send you our independently audited financial statement.

Current gift dollars help SAMS immediately. These gifts come from a wide range of donors and can be directed toward the missionary or ministry project of your choice or it may be undesignated, which makes your gift available for meeting SAMS' most urgent needs at any given time. Examples of such needs include emergency pastoral needs of missionaries, addressing a crisis in a country we are serving, or holding a conference for missionary inquirers. Gifts of Cash
The simplest way to make a gift to SAMS is to give a gift of cash by check, electronic transfers, or credit card.

  For your convenience SAMS has made a form for you to download that makes giving by check or money order easy. The "Giving by Check Form" guides you through the steps of designating your gift as well as provide the opportunity to make a stewardship intention to give on a monthly basis. • By Electronic Funds Transfer (automatic monthly donations from your bank account or credit card):
  The "Giving through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)" service authorizes SAMS to deduct monthly gifts from your checking account or credit card. A simple form with your signature may be mailed or faxed to SAMS.

• By Credit Card:
  You may give by credit card online or if you prefer you may give by credit card by phone calling SAMS at 1-724-266-0669 from 9 to 5 PM EST (until 6 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday).

Securities/Stock
An outright gift of appreciated marketable securities is an attractive method of giving to SAMS. With long-term appreciated securities (those held longer than 12 months) you receive a charitable income tax deduction for the full fair market value of the gift. You avoid paying capital gains tax on the appreciation and you make a difference for the Kingdom of God at SAMS with your generous gift. Gifts of Real Estate
A gift of real estate can be beneficial to you while freeing you from the demands of property management. It may also help you avoid capital gains taxes, lower your current income tax, reduce future federal estate taxes, and possibly increase your income. There are several ways to make a gift of real estate: Outright gifts, bargain sales and lead trusts provide immediate benefits to SAMS.

Insurance
Life insurance provides a unique avenue for charitable support. To qualify as a deductible contribution, SAMS must become both the owner and beneficiary of the policy. If the policy is paid up, your charitable contribution is usually the replacement value or cost basis of the policy, whichever is less. Ongoing premiums paid on a contributed life insurance policy also may qualify for charitable deduction.

Bequests
A well-conceived will provides a unique opportunity to ensure that the blessings of a lifetime are distributed according to your wishes and in a fashion consistent with your priorities. It can serve as a lasting expression of your Christian witness. Through a bequest to SAMS you can express your hope and confidence in the mission of SAMS. Please consult with your attorney concerning the best way for you to make a bequest to SAMS in your will.

In-Kind Donations
Understanding that everyone has different gifts, talents and resources, we know that SAMS' partners may be able to help the ministry in ways other than monetary support. Items such as vehicles, furnishings, and computers for missionaries have contributed much to the ministry. The value of in-kind gifts is tax-deductible and we will be happy to give you a receipt for your donation.
